Incoming Material
Every consignment of virgin PE, PVC and PPR compound is verified against supplier TCs — MFI, density and carbon-black content re-tested in-house.
In-Process Inspection
In-line ultrasonic wall-thickness gauges, real-time diameter monitoring and shift-wise dimensional checks by trained QC operators.
Final Product Testing
Hydrostatic pressure test, tensile, reversion, OIT, dispersion and full dimensional verification before dispatch.
