Our Sonipat plant houses multiple extrusion lines capable of producing HDPE, PVC and PPR pipes from 20 mm to 315 mm with a monthly output of approximately 850 MT. Automated gauging, in-line quality monitoring and dedicated raw-material silos ensure every pipe meets specification — first time, every time.
Manufacturing process
Raw Material Handling
Segregated silos for PE 63/80/100 with computerised dosing and gravimetric feeders. 100% virgin material with TC-verified batches.
Extrusion Lines
Multiple twin-screw extruders with automated gauging, vacuum-calibration tanks and in-line ultrasonic wall-thickness monitoring.
Cooling & Calibration
Multi-stage water-cooling with precise diameter control and haul-off systems tuned for consistent tolerances.
Marking & Cutting
Inkjet marking per BIS with batch, shift, OD, wall, PN and standard. Automated cutters for straight lengths or coilers for HDPE.
Quality Gate
Every batch tested — hydrostatic pressure, dimensional, MFI, density, carbon black content and dispersion.
Storage & Dispatch
Covered yard, capping and end-plugging, wooden pallet or bundling based on OD. Rail, road and containerised dispatch.
